Real Foods located at 420 West 800 North in Orem, will be doing a class on making bead with Ancient Grains this Thursday (June 18th) at 6:30 pm.
They will discuss grains like Kamut, spelt, and einkorn, and why these ancient grains are great choices not only for bread, but for quick breads, muffins, pancakes, cereals, etc.
They will sample breads from these grains, as well as red/white wheat to compare so that you can see how grains and gluten differ when making bread.
